This SIG exists to develop and exchange best practices in establishing and managing IT and other business process outsourcing contracts.
The SIG is a network of individuals who can be contacted at any time to exchange experiences in establishing and managing outsourcing deals. The group meets several times each year at conferences held in Europe and the United States of America to hear from opinion leaders and to discuss issues and best practices with other experienced managers.

 Strategic Outsourcing 2004 Survey Results - Driving Business Change and Enhancing Performance16 Nov 04 | Single Topic Report This survey was undertaken in mid-2004, a year after the first survey undertaken by CSC’s Research & Advisory Services that investigated the use of strategic outsourcing by major European companies. The findings from the 2003 survey are available in our report, Strategic Outsourcing – Current Practices and Future Expectations, published in December 2003. The survey targeted the largest European-owned businesses as defined by the Financial Times European Top 250 listing for 2003, as well as selected companies of similar size from North America and South Africa. The survey was mailed at the end of April 2004, and responses were collected during May, June and July 2004. |
