Business Process Architect

Yale Esrock, a business process architect in CSC’s North American Public Sector, is currently on assignment with CSC’s Leading Edge Forum as a 2009 LEF Associate. In this role, he is a lead researcher for this year’s LEF research report on cloud computing.
At CSC, Yale has held key roles in the Programme Management Offices of large military and civil government transformation programmes, and was a key contributor to the incorporation of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts in CSC’s CatalystSM methodology. He is a two-time winner in the CSC Papers programme.
Yale has over 25 years of industry and management consulting experience assisting companies in meeting business objectives through effective planning, improvement of business processes, and creative application of information technology. He has managed all aspects of the system development life cycle, provided project management consulting, assessed and redirected troubled projects and organisations, led design and development of improved business processes for industry and government organisations, and developed original methodologies and approaches for project portfolio planning and for simulation-based project estimation, cost justification and risk analysis.
