Lynda Gratton is one of the world’s leading authorities on Human Resource Strategy and an expert in identifying and articulating how business strategy is developed through people. She has been voted one of the top 50 thinkers in the world today. As Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the London Business School and Dean of the full-time MBA Program, she directs the School’s Executive Human Resource Strategy Program. Dr Gratton is also Research Director of The Leading Edge Research Consortium.
Prior to joining the London Business School in 1989, Lynda was Director of Human Resource Strategy at PA Consulting where she had responsibility for the worldwide HRS practice development. She is a trained psychologist with a doctorate in individual psychology. She worked for some years with British Airways as an occupational psychologist.
Between 1996 and 1998, Lynda developed and co-directed the Global Consortium Program with Sumantra Ghoshal.
